Day 101 : She and 2 cups of tea

The trust levels have definitely increased. Now she is empowered to have conflicts with her. The quality of conflicts could be more constructive. However pushing on that is stupid. Let her be vulnerable for some time before she could be taught constructive conflict. One such conflict happened over the size of the hoodie. A 'M' got 'L' and 'L' got 'M' and that broke into a small fight. I was not at home when this happened and I was told this when I was back. Everyone expected some schooling. I called both of them, handed them Rs 20/- and asked them to resolve their conflicts over a cup of tea and come home with a clear. This gave birth to the tea jar, which will have Rs 20/- bills. Anyone who has a fight could take Rs 20/- and go have a cup of tea and resolve the same. I am sure in a while she will graduate out of conflict state and enter the commitment state.

And the evening after she and her came back from having a cup of tea, things got lighter at home and you could catch a glimpse.
