She revised a lot of SQL concepts she was told to after the mock interviews. She is busy doing the same. After a long day I take a class on Team Building based on the book by Patrick Lencioni, The 5 dysfunctions of a team. The 5 dysfunctions are listed in the picture of the pyramid below.

Once the class is over, a test is given to her again a framework given by the man himself. The results of the tests are abysmal. A rating of 7 to 9 on a dysfunction is good, 4-6 means one must take action and 1-3 means you are already plagued by the dysfunction.
Unfortunately we are a 1-3 in Absence of Trust which means this is a very weak team. As we probe further we understand more about the internal politics of Blame, Sabotage and Group Factions. Before this become a Group Think we need to weed out the toxicity. We do not know how.
If a group like this which has spent more than 2000 hours with each other doesn't exhibit trust there is very little hope. If the group doesn't become a team then we cannot build a community and help 100s of her. Hoping to see some turnaround. At this point we are not very. happy to interact with her with all heart. Instead it is the value of commitment which is making the mentors talk to her and help her with the job.
Day 87 tomorrow
