Day 72 : She compromised her integrity

As it was told earlier communicating in english is the achilles heel of her. She unfortunately is not putting the effort to speak in English. And this is going to hurt her in the interview proceedings. Numerous warnings were given since 3 months. Even though she knows it is important she hasn't been prioritising it.

Last week she promised that she would speak in English and no other language would be used. But for some reason she would not honour the commitment. What's worse is she let down the integrity. She would speak in english while mentors were around and switch to the regional language when they weren't.

To her surprise, she was caught violating integrity. We had no choice but to create an environment where she could introspect. If not, violating integrity always starts with smaller things and ends up bigger. The laptops were taken away for the night. After spending the time thinking there was realisation, some tears of shame. Then the courage stepped in to create larger commitment. She now understands communicating in English is key to her career and she would have to practise it during the bootcamp.

And at 10 am 3 of them had a call with Head of Global HR of a large Enterprise which is supporting them. And here is how she got ready and showed up for the meeting.
