Day 111 : She gets shit done quick

The user stories are not moving to done. She has 2 problems.

1. She is hesitant to ask for help coz she thinks it means incapability.

2. She loses her rhythm when hit by a roadblock

It's high time she breaks the habit. I ask her how much time it will take her to resolve a blocker and there comes the answer 3 hours. I ask soumitha and comes the answer 30 mins. There starts a high stress 30 mins workshop. Mentor soumitha is pushing and holding at the same time. There are some Redux related doubts. And soumitha is owning the session. 32 minutes and we have resolved all the issues we had. Now we have a working Frontend for the User Story.
