Day 110: She gets a Frontend Engineer Mentor

We had a special guest today. Last week when Ravi had come home , he talked about one of his developers helping her with developing skills. Today Avinash came home at a short notice. He was super quick to understand what is required and without any adieu he started a Frontend interview exercise which was a 45 minutes Frontend Exercise followed by a 15 minutes interview. We always wanted to start daily technical exercises however didn't know how. Today he has started it and we are very grateful. From today we will run evaluations on Communication, Problem Solving, Technical and Behavioural Skills every day. Given another 45 days for the interviews, we need to step up and she has done it today.
