Day 102 : She improves the world more!

Last week we talked announcing an award for Improving the World . We have a process where she marks a google sheet on who helped her. And at the end of the week we award whoever had maximum contributions to help the team to reach closer to the purpose. The sheet looks like below.

Last week we had 34 instances of helping each other. The recognition last week has kick started a culture and this week we had 77 instances of helping each other. This is extremely heartening to see. We also designed a custom award for this effort from her. Below are the pictures of mentor Vani presenting awards to her.
