Day 79 : She starts using JIRA

She is having a lot of difficulty getting her project done. Most of the pain is coming from loading bulky context into her head. A rookie mistake. Remember we spoke about her going agile a week ago. Even though she has written user stories she hasn't implemented the methodology. Her face is dull and helpless. Time to break the context clutter and bring in the clarity of what to focus.

She is taught how to install JIRA, build product backlog and run weekly sprints. She will be helped with Review and Retro at the end of the week.

Once she learns she helps others do the same. Within 2 hours all of them have installed JIRA, configured their boards, added stories and subtasks, story pointed them and started a sprint. Hope to see the focus getting things done faster.
