Day 123 : She completes 200k

Today is a special day. Our Maruthi Swift has crossed 200,000 kms. When I came to bangalore for good from USA in 2017, she was 30,000 kms young. Since then her sarathi (driver) Manju and I have made 200+ trips to Palamaner. Manju calls her Lakshmi as he believes she has put food on his table.

She got a good wash from Manju and was taken to Maaramma temple in hoshahalli Vijayanagar. The temple was established in 1809 and has been renovated recently. We went at 8:30 and was closing time. Manju had already gotten flowers for the goddess and her. Both were worshipped and we came home with sweets. I wanted to get something for Manju , however all shops were closed. Need to get a watch tomorrow if we get time.

Later in the night Neel was leaving to Gujarat from Bangalore airport. She along with her gang took a trip to airport. She carried 10 of us to the airport. She has taken the load of 1000 unique students so far. Couldn't have imagined this journey without her. I bow down today in her honour to have served so many students. Manju wants to never change the car. Hope it happens.
