Day 117 : External mock interviewers interview her

Today is the last Sunday of the month. As every month today is the day of mock interviews. Only change is that she is being interviewed by external mock interviewers. Bharat a Senior Software Engineer from Atlassian and his colleague took Frontend interviews today. The interviewers were surprised by a few performances. They came with low expectations. However a strong feedback that came her way was focusing on understanding fundamentals. Mentor Vani will now focus on learning and training her on fundamentals.

Hari, co-founder and CTO of HackerRank along with his team members had arranged Cracking Coding interview books for her. I spent some time with her to help her understand Time Complexity from the book. Hari has been a great source of support for her from Day 1. More on this in a separate blog.

Interviews were done by 6. She was a little anxious as a little over a month remaining for interviews. Had a long conversation and a small pep talk. Later she went to Jayanagar 4th block and shopped some earnings. A day before I had got a bangle and earrings from Jaipur's Bapu Bazaar for her. This was cherry on the top. It was dinner time and she ate chats from Hari Super Sandwich.
