Day 114 : She gets feedback

We have been recording feedback on skills and values for her.Every thursday we provide her the feedback and create action items for her. Today we have been very rigid with the feedback as the interview process is getting closer.

There are quite a few scenarios

1. She decided to leave when she was pushed to open her mouth. Someone who has no siblings grew up without speaking to each other. She has come out for the first time and is finding it hard to mingle. An ultimatum was given today.

2. She is trying to be a people pleaser and was asked to be her own self. She has had to do it for decades and it's hard to shed the image.

3. She had been asked to leave last week due to lack of empathy. She has come back stronger.

Such diverse world views and such inspirational stories behind her. More on that later.
